Natalia specializes in the medical and pharmaceutical law, commercial law, labor law, land law, agricultural law.

She advises on the current activities of pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine and foreign representative offices of pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine and other countries. Nataliya regularly provides legal advice on promotion and advertising of medicinal products. She carries out legal support of tax audit of foreign representative offices of pharmaceutical companies.

Nataliya takes part in carrying out due diligence of real estate of agricultural enterprises. She is co-author of practical guide “Land Lease: from A to Z”.

Nataliya received a law degree at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”.

Her working languages are Ukrainian, English, Russian and German.
