We have unique long-standing experience of support of the biggest and the most complicated projects and agreements at the market. We represent the interests of both customers of the Ukrainian business and sellers. Among our projects there are representation of the interests of leading investment funds, development companies, traders, agroholdings in more than 100 transactions of sale and purchase assets, infrastructure and real estate objects as well as accompaniment of structuring of a row of Groups of transnational pharmaceutical companies both in Ukraine and the CIS countries, acquisition of corporate rights of a number of private medical clinics, issuance of euro obligations for Group of companies on the amount of more than USD 650 mln, consultation of famous international Group on alienation of corporate rights of the companies on the amount of more than EUR 230 mln. Under our belt there are audits of more than 2,000,000 ha land of agricultural appropriation.

Firm’s lawyers accompany the clients at all stages of business structuring, corporate and tax restructuring for optimization economic impact in a process of mergers, acquisition, sale and purchase assets transactions including legal analysis of risks and consequences for target company and investors, development of efficient investment schemes, legal and tax audit, obtaining of agreements of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and other necessary permissions in state authorities.
