Dear Sirs and Madams!
We inform you that on 12th November 2019 VRU adopted the Bill on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (concerning harmonization of laws in the sphere of comparative advertising with the right of European Union) dating 29.08.2019 № 0953 (hereinafter – the “Law on comparative advertising”) which is aimed at adaptation of Ukrainian laws to the laws and practices of the EU. At the moment the document is being prepared to be signed by the Head of VRU and President of Ukraine.
