Since 2005 our specialists have been servicing agricultural enterprises of different size and location, from 5,000 ha to 400,000 ha in all regions of Ukraine. We started to accompany agribusiness long before it became “trendy”. Under our belt there are audits of more than 2,000,000 ha land of agricultural appropriation and the biggest transactions on sale/purchase of agro assets.

We are the authors of the bestseller – practical manual “Land lease from A to Z”. For six years agrarian practice of Law Offices of OMP has been taking first place on legal support of the field well ahead of colleagues. Besides, we have created and improved comfortable and smart system of lands accounting for agrarian enterprises “NASHE POLE”, knowledge field, where everyone may find a lot of information on land, means of formation of the rights on it and other: dl.omp.ua. And in autumn of 2019 we started series of events directed on prevention of risks for agribusiness under the conditions of inevitable removal of moratorium.
