30Th March 2020 will probably be in course books on contemporary legal history of Ukraine.
On the extraordinary session Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted by a simple majority of votes the Bill №2178-10 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning conditions of agricultural lands` turnover” (hereinafter – the “Law”).
The main aims of the Law are: to implement market turnover of agricultural lands, to provide citizens of Ukraine with constitutional rights to dispose freely their property, to create conditions to give right of ownership of agricultural land plots to citizens and legal entities of Ukraine.
