Ivan specializes in pharmaceutical, corporate, employment, and contract law.

He advises Ukrainian and international pharmaceutical companies, as well as foreign representative offices, on matters related to their day-to-day business operations in Ukraine and beyond.

Ivan provides legal support on business establishment and operation, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance related to the circulation of pharmaceutical products within Ukraine. He has substantial experience advising clients on obtaining the status of a critically important enterprise, employee reservation, and the organization of military record-keeping at the enterprise level.

His practical expertise includes comprehensive legal due diligence of companies, support of corporate restructuring processes, legal assistance with employee onboarding, transfers, and dismissals, including the termination of labor and corporate relations with company executives, as well as legal support during tax audits of foreign representative offices of pharmaceutical companies.
