Kyrylo Levterov – Head of Agribusiness and Land practice.

Kyrylo Levterov provides professional consultations in projects, connected with acquisition and management of land assets, real estate units, construction, leasehold legal relationship and legal protection from raider attacks. Kyrylo provides complex legal services in the sphere of agriculture, software and e-commerce companies.

Kyrylo heads a wide range of large-scale projects on purchase/sale of agribusiness. Under his supervision a raw of legal due diligences of agricultural enterprises with a land bank more than 1,000,000 are accomplished, the structures of formation and management of a land bank for more than 40 households are developed and implemented.

Kyrylo heads and coordinates the work on protection of agribusiness assets against raider attacks.
He an author of the manual «Land lease from A to Z», an author of a range of seminars on the land and real estate issues, including a large-scale program «Bayer Agrifinances. Land issues». Moreover, Kyrylo headed advising a number of companies engaged in the development and technical support of IT-products.
