ОМП – юридичний радник Edinstvo GroupIn 2020, OMP acted as legal adviser of Edinstvo Group and accompanied the transaction on the sale of a minority stake of the Group to the investment fund Diligent Capital Partners (DCP) and the Dutch Development Bank FMO.

As a result of this transaction, Edinstvo Group received $20 million investment from the Dutch Development Bank FMO and the investment fund Diligent Capital Partners (DCP). These investments will be aimed at further development of the production infrastructure of Edinstvo Group, in particular, the construction of a soybean processing plant, expansion of production of feed additives and the installation of additional lines for the production of packaged feed.

A team of OMP lawyers, led by the managing partner Mykola Orlov, and senior associates Mykola Chemezov and Igor Halytskyi, as well as associate Mariia Mykhailovin, provided comprehensive legal support for the project.

The agreement was also accompanied by advisers from the following companies: BDO Corporate Finance Ukraine, Deloitte – financial and tax directions; Avellum, Eterna Law and Snark – legal direction, AVGroup – ecological and social direction, Civitta – commercial direction.
