Mykola specializes on capital market transactions, constitutional law, land law, agricultural law, veterinary law, real estate law and labor law.

Mykola’s practice consists of a wide range of corporate and transactional matters including IPO, Eurobond issues, private placements, periodic reporting and corporate governance issues. Mykola also advises companies regarding mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

His experience includes advising corporate clients as well as alternative structures, such as publicly-traded partnerships and limited liability companies. He is expert on complex legal audit of agricultural enterprises.

Mykola is co-author of practical guide “Land Lease: from A to Z” and permanent member of expert committees on land issues, food safety, veterinary rules, seeds and plant protection products established by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
