M.Hurskii began his professional activity in 1999 and worked for Ukrtransgaz State Company – affiliated company of National Joint-Stock Company ‘’Nafrogas of Ukraine’’.

He advised on purchase of companies and industrial complexes in Ukraine, bankruptcy and corporate restructurings. He has large experience of support in court proceedings on any stage of a trial in corporate, land, civil, family’s disputes and in the field of power generation industry & taxation. He represented many times domestic and foreign economic entities in disputes with Ukrainian state authorities including fiscal and law-enforcement agencies.
