We have the substantial experience in complex legal support of the Ukrainian and international companies on a wide range of labour issues and provide comprehensive support in the most difficult occurrences and cases, arisen in our clients in the field of labour relations.

Over the past 3 years, we have been engaged in more than 20 transformations and audits of labour processes in the international and transnational companies and their representative offices. We have developed and implemented over 100 protocols of management of labour processes, a huge number of human resources documentation, including the policy of corporate labourstandards, legal analysis of the agreements and international contracts etc. We corrected labour contracts (agreements) with the aim to duly secure the interests of the employers.

OMP team was continually accompanying the procedures of dismissal of TOP-management and personnel of the companies both in Ukraine and in the post SIS countries.

We ensure a full range of legal services on the disputes resolution on labour relations, encompassing the development of an advocacy strategy and legal position, preparation of proceeding documents, representation of the clients’ interests in courts of all instances. We always distinguish the strategies and solutions with different stages of risk development of future disputes.
