OMP Law Firm acted as legal counsel to the beneficiaries of Tabletki.ua in connection with the USD 160 million acquisition of 100% of the company by Kyivstar. The transaction, recently approved by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, represents one of the largest M&A deals in Ukraine’s digital health and pharmaceutical sectors.
OMP provided end-to-end legal support throughout the transaction, advising on corporate and contractual matters, merger control, and regulatory approvals. The firm also assisted with transaction documentation and represented the client in the antitrust clearance process before the AMCU.
