OMP team represented the interests of Svarog West Group Corporation, which has recently sold part of its assets in Chernivtsi region – agricultural company “Orshivska” to the trade industrial groups Fozzy Group.
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has granted permission to concentrate the Investment Fund of PJSC “Closed-End Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund “Holding Invest ”(Kyiv) in the form of acquiring a share in the authorized capital of “Agricultural company “Orshivska” LLC (Chernivtsi region), which provides excess of 50% of votes in the highest governing body of the company.
Svarog West Group unites enterprises in Khmelnytska, Chernivetska and Zhytomyrska regions with a land bank of almost 40,000 hectares. It is engaged in crop production, animal husbandry and horticulture.
Agricultural сompany “Orshivska” is engaged in crop production, with assets of over 4,500 hectares of leased agricultural land, a complex of agricultural machinery, a grain elevator for 6,000 tons and related real estate.
Trade industrial group Fozzy Group is one of the largest Ukrainian retailers with approximately 690 outlets all around the country.
