Attorneys Association “OMP” has protected the client’s rights in a litigation with the tax service regarding the appeal of tax notice-decision in the amount of 48 million UAH, by which the client was added tax liabilities for rent.
The team of attorneys-at-law of the litigation and dispute resolution practice in OMP have defended the Client’s rights in a litigation regarding the appeal of tax notice-decision, by which the client was added tax liabilities for rent.
This accrual was made by the tax service in connection with the application of an unreasonably changed regulatory monetary evaluation of the land plot, leased by the Client.
The court of the first instance, the decision of which the court of appeal agreed with, has fully satisfied the Client’s claims, supporting the arguments of the OMP team on the groundlessness and inconsistency of the conclusions of the tax authority on understatement of the claimant`s tax liability for land rent and has canceled the tax notice.
