The land market opens on July 1. These are new opportunities for profitable investment of funds for any amount – from 3 thousand to millions of dollars. The agribusiness has long been an export business, with the main income coming in world currencies, so the return on investment in land can be pegged to more stable world currencies, the dollar and the euro.
We expect that investments in land will soon surpass both bank deposits and investments in other real estate (e.g. apartments in Kiev), the profitability of which is constantly falling.
However, like any investment, investing in land has its own characteristics that need to be understood and taken into account.
