OMP successfully accompanied the signing of an agreement on the purchase of a vaccine against the acute respiratory disease COVID-19, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, between CROWN AGENTS and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Successful representation of the owners of Group of Companies “Agrocultura” in transaction of exchange of assets of Its Group of Subsidiaries for MHP S.A. Russian Group of Subsidiaries.
This transaction resulted in exchange of grain growing assets “Voronezh Agro” in Voronezh region of the Russian Federation for “Agrokultura” in Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, Ukraine (land bank over 50,000 ha). Transaction also included exchange of internal group indebtedness of the parties.
The team of OMP lawyers, headed by Yaroslav Sverdlichenko, provided legal support of the project at all stages of its implementation, including deal structuring, drafting transaction documents, negotiations and final closing.
