Anastasiya Yakushenko specializes in conducting due diligence of pharmaceutical and agricultural companies. She analyzed and structured land banks of leading agricultural group of companies, coordinated due diligence review of agricultural companies prior to their purchase.

Anastasia was a member of the team of OMP’s experts in the project of comprehensive support for the signing of agreements on public procurement of drugs and medical devices between CROWN AGENTS and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Anastasiya repeatedly advised clients in respect of purchase, lease, mortgage of integral property complexes including silos, granaries, and agricultural products processing plants.

During period of employment at the Law Offices of OMP she participated in projects on attraction of financing from IFC, EBRD and took part in projects on IPO and Eurobonds issue.

Yakushenko is the author a debut guide to land lease in Ukraine.
